In 2013 I launched Office Support Solutions to provide a stop gap for businesses that needed part time office and administration support.
As the demand for my services grew, I developed a recruitment and talent acquisition arm, drawing on many years of experience in people management.
Ten years on, I have expanded my methodologies to multiple industries, providing recruitment & talent acquisition management, employee engagement and staff retention advice to small businesses with up to 40 employees.
Iris is about looking deeper, beyond the “job” and beyond the “office”.
I judge my success by the success of my clients.
My greatest passion is to immerse myself into a business and understand its team and its purpose and then, armed with this knowledge, source, attract and engage the right people to fulfil mutual goals and ambitions.
When you find the right match it becomes a springboard for growth. As you master the art of engagement you take your people with you on a journey.
Having managed a multitude of talented people over the last 25 years, I have found that high achievers want to be part of something bigger than themselves. When you give someone a purpose in your business, they will be more driven and engaged than if you just give them a job.
